Pivvix processes personal data on behalf of the companies that use our platform to hire (our customers), and directly when you contact us or request a demo.

What we collect

From website visitors: the details you submit through our forms (name, work email, company, message) and standard server logs. From candidates in an interview: the information the hiring company invites you to provide, plus the interview recording and transcript, held on that company's behalf.

How we use it

To respond to enquiries, provide and improve the service, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

To access, correct or delete your data, or to raise a concern, email pivvix@gmail.com. Candidates should contact the company that invited them; we will support that company's response.
